Christian Lumpkin

Christian Lumpkin is a recently elevated paralegal in the CSS Firm litigation department. He is focused on product liability claims pertaining to Roundup and BioLab at this time, but has also worked on claims for Baby Formula (NEC), Suboxone Films, and Paragard IUDs. Christian also holds MTMP’s Paralegal Certificate. When clients run into paperwork issues, life circumstances, or unwanted health concerns, Christian is very diligent in addressing both client needs and their emotional state.

Prior to his time with us, Christian has prior legal experience in Real Estate Law and prior insurance experience as a Public Adjuster, specifically Homeowner’s Insurance. Christian graduated from Georgia State University in 2021 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Minor in Psychology. In addition to his degree, Christian also previously obtained his Resident Public Adjuster’s License with the Georgia Department of Insurance.

Christian is a metro-Atlanta native who enjoys concerts and music festivals, fun nights out, Winter hikes, and peanut M&M’s. He is also an avid lover of cats.
