News 12 reports that a man in Augusta, Georgia, is facing Vehicular Homicide, DUI, Fleeing the Scene and Open Container arising from an accident on May 22nd.

Last month, Gerald Wright drove into the back of 34 year old James Gray’s motorcycle on or near Laney Walker Blvd.  Wright fled from the scene after hitting Gray’s motorcycle.  Law enforcement officers caught up with Wright and arrested him.

Gray tragically died at the scene of this crash.  He was a soldier at Fort Gordon.

Wright faces criminal prosecution for his actions.
