Childers, Schlueter & Smith law firm is pleased to announce we have been selected and recognized for inclusion into the Best Lawyers rankings as a Tier 1 metropolitan law firm in Atlanta in the areas of Plaintiff’s Product Liability Litigation and Plaintiff’s Personal Injury. Tier 1 is the highest and most esteemed level of accomplishment based on a variety of factors, including peer recognition by other lawyers and judges.
This marks the sixth year that Childers, Schlueter & Smith has received this esteemed recognition and honor.
A few of our attorneys were also recognized individually: Andy Childers, CSS Firm partner who assisted in a $10 million dental malpractice verdict this year, was recognized for Personal Injury Litigation for plaintiffs and product liability litigation for plaintiffs. Richard Schlueter, our orthopedic medical device expert was recognized for personal injury litigation for plaintiffs. CSS Firm Partner, Brandon Smith, was recognized for personal injury and product liability litigation for plaintiffs. Attorney Neil Edwards, in single events was recognized in “Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch” for medical malpractice law for plaintiffs.
