On Monday morning, a father while cycling with his son, was killed by a driver. Sandy Springs police have identified a Douglasville woman who they believe struck and killed a cyclist in Sandy Springs on Monday morning as reported by the AJC . Mary Wussah, 51, drove her Toyota Camry into Bryan Morgan, 52, of Marietta, as he was biking along Roswell Road with his son early Monday morning, according to Sandy Springs police spokesman Steve Rose. The accident remains under investigation.
Morgan and his 25-year-old son were cycling southbound on Roswell Road near Hightower Trail when he was struck from behind by the Camry being driven by Wussah, said Rose.
Morgan was taken to North Fulton Hospital where he was pronounced dead. His son was unharmed.
