Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, our office is enacting our business continuity plan to ensure that we are able to continue operations in a timely and safe manner. At this time, our office will be closed to outside vendors and visitors and we will begin staggered shifts, with staff rotating between working at home and working in our office. During this time, there may be delays in providing services to our clients. These measures will be in place starting today (3.13.2020) until the outbreak subsides.
While we regret any inconveniences this may cause, the safety of our clients and our CSS family is our top priority. In the meantime, we strongly urge our clients to follow guidance from the CDC and your local health department in order to minimize your risk.
